All the activities carried out between the candidate and the hiring managers is listed on the Recent Activity section on the candidate profile. The Recent Activity section is placed on the right side of the Candidate Profile. You can see the activities according to the order of the dates it occurred.

Every action that is taken on the candidate by the hiring managers can be viewed here. For example - adding internal comment, sending email, assigning tasks, etc.
