Talent In Cloud allows you to take actions based on your candidates' response to your questionnaire. You can now move your candidates across various stages of your recruitment pipeline or reject them based on their response to a specific question or upon completion of the entire questionnaire.

Enabling Automation on entire Questionnaire

1. Click on Add New button on Questionnaire page or go to the desired questionnaire in the case you are editing an existing one
2. Fill in the required details
3. Set the Enable Automation toggle to ON

4. Choose a delay time for triggering this automation from the drop-down

5. Add the questions to your questionnaire by clicking on (+)Add Question button
6. Now, choose which pipeline stage you would want your candidates to be moved upon completion of the questionnaire

7. Click on Save button

Enabling Automation on a specific question

1. Click on Add New button on Questionnaire page or go to the desired questionnaire in the case you are editing an existing one
2. Fill in the required details and set the Enable Automation toggle to ON
3. Choose a delay time for triggering this automation from the drop-down
4. Add the questions to your questionnaire by clicking on (+)Add Question button. Note that you can enable automation for questions belonging to the following field types - Yes/No, Confirm, Single Choice and Single Choice Radio
5. Set the Automation toggle to ON
6. Now, enter the actions you wish to take based on the response of the candidates. Select the desired stage from the drop-down

7. Click on Save button
