TIC Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Use of the Service

Talent in Cloud ATS is intended solely for recruitment and hiring purposes. Users must not misuse the platform, including unauthorized data access or uploading harmful or illegal content.

4. Content Ownership

Employers and recruiters retain ownership of job postings and candidate data. By using our platform, you grant Talent in Cloud permission to store, process, and manage data necessary to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Talent in Cloud shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

8. GDPR Compliance

Opt-In Consent: Users must explicitly consent to data collection.

Candidate Rights: Access, rectify, erase, or restrict data processing.

Data Portability: Users may request a copy of their personal data.

Deletion: Permanent deletion requires explicit user consent.

9. Changes to Terms

Talent in Cloud reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
