The following code of ethics policy will outline the guidelines on business ethics and
state the various controversial matters. We trust that as an employee you will use your
judgment but we still would like to provide you with a concrete guide that will help you
decide how to act in a certain condition. We will also utilize this policy to outline
the consequences for violating the business code of ethics.
This code of ethics policy shall apply to all our employees including those who have a
relationship with our business.
While the employees here are completely someone who follows all the code of ethics,
however, the statement of ethics helps employees who aren’t aware of the same understand
its core meaning and what we expect. To provide one of the best environments to work for

1. Respecting others:
Employees are expected to be polite, kind, and understanding of others. Any sort of
violence will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate termination of the offer. Any
sort of harassment or sexual harassment shall not be tolerated. If you see any employee
or any stakeholder or customer behaving rudely make sure to report them to HR.
2.Conflict in the interest between team members:
Conflict in interests may occur especially when you work in a team. If it turns out such
a conflict has been created by an employee, then the employee shall be terminated. If
there was an involuntary conflict of interest then we as an organization will take the
actions required to rectify the situation.
3.Following all the laws:
Laws are to be abided by the employees. Depending on the roles and professions several
laws are expected to be followed.
4.Competence and accountability:
A good amount of effort will be expected from our employees along with being a part of
the responsibility to grow the organization. We also expect our employees to take up
various opportunities to learn new things and provide a valuable experience in this
organization. Making sure you take up responsibility for your action is also important.
5.Teamwork:
Above all teamwork will be highly appreciated. There should be ways through which you
can get along with your team members and hence increase the overall productivity. Also,
