Employee health is an important aspect of our company and hence we make sure to do everything possible to keep our employees safe and healthy
Those employees who are injured at work due to an accident or disease may avail of worker’s compensation. Out compensation policy will be stated according to the guidelines provided by (country’s name).
If your job does not require you to be present at the site of work then you can also opt for work from home strategy. You will however need to inform your manager of your preferred way of work structure.
Remote working is also allowed based on the temporary or permanent need. If you are opting to work remotely, you must adhere to our confidentiality, security, and equal opportunities policy as stated.
If any expenses need to be paid based on work-related travel or any other needs, we will compensate for those expenses. Not all travel expenses will be reimbursed. For example, travel expenses shall be reimbursed however a visit to a tourist attraction will not be covered.
