We expect all of our employees to follow the social media policy. When the word social
media is added it refers to a variety of online communities such as blogs, social
networks, and forums and not just platforms such as Twitter or Instagram.

We do allow our employees to access their accounts at work but we do expect our
employees to act responsibly and ensure that productivity is not being compromised.
Employees need to be careful while posting on social media. Employees must refrain
from using any defamatory, derogatory, or offensive content. It will also be

to avoid sharing intellectual property.
When representing the company on social media there are a few pointers that
employees need to keep in mind and can be provided as follows:
Be polite, respectful, and patient
Follow the confidentiality and data protection policy
Avoid speaking on matters that are outside your area of expertise

Never post any discriminatory, libelous, or offensive content
