The following employee code of conduct policy stated by our company will outline the expectations regarding employees’ behavior towards their supervisors, colleagues, and the organization. We support freedom of open communication and expression. However, we do request our employees to follow the stated code of conduct. We also expect our employees to keep a well-organized, collaborative and respectful environment. The policy will apply to all our employees regardless of their rank.

Guidelines

The following guidelines are expected to be met:

• All the employees belonging to our company will be needed to follow all the environmental, safety and fair dealing laws.
• All employees should respect and consider equality within the workspace. The employees are also expected to comply with the equal opportunities policy in all aspects of work which includes performance evaluation to interpersonal relations.
• All employees should treat the company’s properties with respect, and care. Employees also should not misuse any company property and respect all kinds of incorporeal property.
• The employees must always show professionalism and integrity.

Disciplinary action

In any case of not following the above-stated code of conduct the following consequences may occur:

• Reprimand
• Demotion
• Termination for a more serious offense
• Detraction of benefits for an indefinite or definite time based on actions

All of the stated consequences will be based on the gravity of the offense conducted.
