The following employee performance review policy provided by our company will describe
how we will coach, evaluate and provide awards to our employees. We base our performance
management system, on the feedback that is obtained from the managers regarding their
team member’s performances.
This policy will apply to all of our employees. We will also clearly mention our
performance appraisal process and provide relevant guidelines for managers that will
help them lead their teams and assess the performance of the employees.
The following guidelines are expected to be followed by all our employees:
There will be conduction of periodical performance reviews that take place. During these
reviews, your manager will be responsible for filling the evaluation report regarding
the performance. These will help aim at:
- Recognizing the employees who are good at their jobs
- Identify any areas that need improvement
- Talk about the career steps that the employees need to take
2.Rewards will be provided to the employees who show extraordinary performance. This will
also help all employees improve and develop their careers.
3.Training and development will be available for all the employees who need them. Even
the managers can specify the areas where the team members need improvement to attend any
pieces of training.
4.Frequent communication is highly recommended for both managers and team members to
provide constructive feedback that will help both parties to discuss if they have any
concerns.
