The following disciplinary action company policy will explain how we will be
addressing our employees’ misconduct or how the inadequate performance shall
be taken care of. Employees need to be aware of the consequences of their
actions in the organization and hence we use this policy to outline the
disciplinary procedure.
This policy will apply to all of our employees without any exception.
Guidelines
1. There will be the following actions taken as a part of the disciplinary
action based on the gravity of the actions:
Verbal warning
Counseling or corrective measures
Official written reprimand
Disciplinary meeting with the appropriate manager or team leader
Final written warning
Loss of benefits
Indefinite suspension or demotion
Termination
2.If there are any performance issues seen such as the following there will
be consequences.
Failure in meeting the set objectives
Failure in meeting set deadlines
Attendance issues
3.minor offenses or misdemeanors which include the following activities will
lead to disciplinary action:
Rude behavior to customers or colleagues
Minor mistakes
Breach of dress codes mentioned
Involuntary discrimination
4.The following activities will lead to a demotion:
Major mistakes
Lack of response to counseling
Unwillingness to follow safety and health standards
Temper loss in front of customers
5.The following activities will lead to termination of the job:
Workplace violence
Fraudulent activities
Harassment or voluntary discrimination
Corruption or bribery activities
Substance abuse
