all the relevant rules and regulations when assigning or compensating the overtime

The following guidelines are expected to be followed by all of our employees.
While overtime would be necessary during any emergency, we do not suggest our
employees follow a frequent overtime structure. For this purpose, we will record the
overtime hours accurately and consistently.
