Regulations
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the
likelihood tour schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the
physical ability of the participants, etc. may dictate itinerary changes either
before or on the tour. [Company Name] reserves the right to change any schedule in
the interest of the employees’ safety, comfort & general well-being.
Any expenses incurred due to the changes made during the trip due to personal
reasons of the employees or unforeseen circumstances will have to be paid by the
employees responsible.
All hotel and tour schedules are arranged before the tour starts. Any employee
failing to appear on the day of departure will have to face consequences.
The company shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or
expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight
cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of
transport, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or
otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services,
resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident,
breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil
disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom
department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
The company has an insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents. However, we
do not provide insurance for sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons.
Employees are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All
items of baggage and personal property at all times are at your own risk.
Employees must always carry their identity proof and necessary documents.
It is the responsibility of the employees to disclose any pre-existing medical
conditions that they may have that may affect the tour plans.
The tour will commence as per the itinerary. If an employee would like to cover any
additional places with the vehicle then extra charges will be imposed on the
respective employee.
Smoking/Consumption of Alcohol/Tobacco/any intoxicating items while operating under
[Company Name] is strictly prohibited.
Littering the hotels/vehicles or any destination while operating under [Company
Name] is prohibited.
