Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Key requirements
The key requirements for an account manager can be provided as follows:
Proven work experience as an account manager, or similar role
Solid experience with CRM software and MS office
Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Strong verbal and written communication skills
