Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities include the following:
Managing reach project’s timelines and scope
Working with product owners to check for any backlogs or any new requests
Resolving conflicts between the team members and removing obstacles that prevent reaching goals
Guiding development teams to higher scrum maturity
Helping build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
Be the contact point for external communication
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Facilitate internal communication for proper collaboration
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
Helping teams implement changes effectively
Key requirements
The key requirements include the following:
Proven experience as a scrum master or a similar role
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge regarding scrum techniques and artifacts
Good knowledge of agile frameworks
Leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills will be highly appreciated
Degree in computer science, business, or similar field
