Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the company’s brand identity and guidelines
- Plan and create content that is in line with brand identity
- Come up with new content ideas periodically
- Develop standard methodologies for content creation and maintaining them
- Lead the overall content strategy
- Lead and deliver content for seasonality, feature launches, UX content, and campaigns on the customer and partner app
- Support the scouting of new ideas and storytellers
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the content is relayed to users in the most engaging format
- Assist and manage the content editor and creative team with inputs to shape the final content
- Identify new formats and technologies that help make a leap in storytelling
Key requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content creation/curation in traditional or digital media.
- Experience in directly managing members of creative teams, helping them bring concepts to life, iterating and refining them, and shaping future leaders
- Passion for content.
- Dedication to craft from idea to execution.
- A go-getter attitude and strong project management skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of content, UX, and how they support business and brand strategy.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional/ cross-geographical teams.
- Skilled at crafting both long-term content and real-time (immediate) content, along with deployment, governance strategies.
