- Create blueprints and receive feedback on them
- Plan and maintain budgets
- Make sure to conduct site visits for construction check
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with trends
Key requirements
- Degree in architecture
- Proven work experience as an architect
- Knowledge of construction procedures of buildings
- Great drawing skills
- Proficient with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD
- Critical thinking and attention to detail skills
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure
