Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities can be provided as follows:
- Analysis of brand positioning and checking consumer insights
- Managing a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns including ROIs and KPIs
- Translate brand elements into plans and strategies that will reach the market
- Establish various performance specifications, cost and price parameters, sales estimates, and market application
- Overseeing various new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Devise creative growth strategies
- Monitor product distribution and how the consumers are reacting to the same
Key requirements
The key requirements for a brand manager can be provided as follows:
- Proven experience as a brand manager or associate brand manager
- Experience in identification of target audience and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of full marketing strategies
- Outstanding communication skills
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with a creative mind
