- Investigating and determining the needs of an employee
- Developing a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plan along with other strategies
- Designing, planning, and execution of employer branding activities
- Encouraging employees to be brand ambassadors
- Plan employee referral programs
- Use HRIS, recruitment marketing tools
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
- Design, plan and execute the selection process which includes conducting interviews, screening calls and administering psychological tests
- Find bottlenecks in recruiting processes
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Lead, oversee, and supervise the members of recruiting team
- Attend career and college fairs
- Curate and represent KPI reports
- Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
Key requirements
The key requirements of a talent acquisition lead can be provided as follows:
- Proven experience as a TA lead or a similar HR role
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Hand-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Ability to motivate employees
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- A sense of ownership in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Masters in HR or business administration or similar field
- Strong knowledge of HR law
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
