Duties and Responsibilities
- Active participation in budget strategy meetings

- Recommend ideas for revenue growth
- Managing balance sheets and invoices
- Resolve financial issues between the sales team and customer support
- Be the point of contact for financial matters of the company
- Supporting the finance manager when required
- Overseeing of mergers and acquisitions
- Follow financial regulations of the state
- Negotiate with finance officers of other institutions
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, accounting, or a related field
- 2-3 years of proven work experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in financial tech software and Microsoft office suite
- Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets or Numbers
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Prior experience in financial and accounting processes
- Ability to manage time efficiently
