Duties and Responsibilities

- Assess competition by comparing competitor products
- Create long- and short-term product sales predictions and analyses for management
- Work directly under the sales director to create product sales strategies
- Review inventory levels and production schedules for product availability
- Market new products to market with ROI analysis
- Create product marketing communications objectives
- Work with customers and sales to evaluate sales call results
- Schedule and assign operational requirements to follow up on work results
- Manage the product team which includes coaching, planning monitoring, and job appraisal along with disciplinary actions
- Continue professional and technical education, attending seminars, workshops, etc.
