A finance administrator who reports to the director of finance will be responsible for the maintenance of financial records along with the processing of income and expenditures. They will also be handling the purchasing of goods and services and the undertaking of a range of financial reporting.
Job brief
We are looking for a finance administrator who will join our team and help us organize our organization’s day-to-day accounting processes. Finance administrators will have to maintain records for all transactions, prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, and process reimbursements. You will eventually be responsible for managing and allocating our resources effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities can be provided as follows:
Creation and updating of spreadsheets involving daily transactions
Reviewing and processing reimbursements
Preparation of budgets
Maintenance of reports on financial metrics which includes investments, return on assets, and growth rates
Managing the company’s liabilities such as insurance premium
Managing accounts receivable and payable
Participate in payroll procedures
Report on financial projections
Keeping a record of invoices and tax payments
Key requirements
The key requirements can be provided as follows:
Proven work experience as a finance administrator or a similar role
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
Good understanding of bookkeeping processes
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
