Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities can be provided as follows:
- Planning and execution of all digital marketing campaigns which also includes SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and displaying advertising campaigns.
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
- Designing, building, and maintenance of our social media pages
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Plan, execute, and measure the experiments and their conversion tests.
- Utilization of strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across various channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaboration with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Key requirements
The key requirements of a growth lead can be provided as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM and other campaigns
- Experience in optimizing the landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with multivariate experiments
- Highly creative with experience in identifying the target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
