What does a Marcom designer do?
The Marcom designer will be in charge of supporting the marketing needs of internal departments with a focus on creative content development, layout, design, and copywriting. The position will also be responsible for the layout and updates to company marketing materials, which include presentations, brochures, emails, infographics, corporate templates, and corporate websites. The position will share responsibility for writing copy for product literature, email campaigns, and the company website. Advertisement, blogs, case studies, videos, and materials as assigned.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Communications designer who will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, and management of a range of online and offline communication strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of a marketing communication designer include the following:
- Development and execution of a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and planning in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
- Creations and management of all marketing materials and collateral in line with the brand outlook.
- Implementation of online marketing activities such as social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, Lead generation, etc.
- Tracking the overall effect of various campaigns and course correction as needed.
- Managing the communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting asses/
- Leading the overall implementation and planning of PR and other initiatives which is related to the brand.
Key requirements
The key requirements of a Marcom designer include the following:
- You have a degree in Marketing, business administration, or a similar field.
- You have prior experience as a Marcom designer or a similar role
- Have proficiency in the development, execution, and measurement of demand generation programs that will keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.
- Strong knowledge of content development and SEM.
- Very keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adept to build relationships with different stakeholders.
